Location: 515 W. 6th St. Jacksonville, FL 32206
Dates: Flexible
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm / 2-3 days per week
Candidate Responsibilities:
Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.
Experience/Skills Required:
1 year experience provide a full range of general dental services
Educational Requirement:
DDS or DMD degree
Active Florida Dental License
