Description: Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Surgeon Opening Owatonna, MNPosition:Part-time or Full-time Orthopedic Surgery position ( hours/week) Ambulatory Surgery Center-based role with hospital and multi-specialty clinic support Overview:Seeking BC/BE Orthopaedic Surgeon with Sports Medicine fellowship training to join new ASC in Owatonna, MN. You ll join a team of four orthopedic surgeons, a nonsurgical sports medicine specialist, athletic trainers, APCs, and medical assistants at a Level IV trauma center.Practice Highlights:Graduate of ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency required; Sports Medicine fellowship preferred New ASC with hospital and clinic resources Team-based care with APCs, trainers, cast techs, and support staff Dedicated APC support in OR and clinic Built-in referral network from primary care and orthopedic walk-in clinic Compensation:Guaranteed salary for 2 years based on FTE ($337,500 $675,000 for 0.5 1.0 FTE) Post-guarantee compensation follows an RVU production model Benefits (for 0.5 FTE):Medical, dental, and vision insurance Group term life and AD&D insurance Employer-paid short- and long-term disability Adoption assistance plan Vacation time CME allowance 401(k)/retirement savings plan with employer contributions Malpractice insurance Relocation assistance Qualification-based stipend Sign-on/commencement bonus
