Description: Independent, single specialty, outpatient only practice in beautiful Augusta is seeking a Family Medicine associate. Staff consists of two Family Medicine physicians and six advanced practitioners. Physician would average 20 patients daily and call is telephone call every 6 th week. Usually receive 5-7 calls per week. Clinic has a Saturday clinic from September through May where physicians work every 6th week. Have been on Athena EHR for 10+ years. Practice also takes and works with second- and third-year Medical College of Georgia medical students. Many providers are involved with a campus ministry called Medical Campus Outreach through First Presbyterian Church. We started in an underserved area as a ministry. One of a few clinics in our area to see Medicaid and uninsured patients. We have a sliding fee schedule through the national health service. Lots of freedom to incorporate your faith into your practice.
