I m reaching out with an excellent locum tenens Advanced Practice Provider (APP) opportunity with a reputable company in Groton, CA. This is a part-time/PRN p
osition ideal for providers with occupational health experience who are looking for a long-term contract.

Occ-Clinic- Groton, CT 06340
Schedule:
Saturday : 8:00 AM 1:00 PM
PRN shifts available Mon-Fri: Daytime hours, depending on the day
Start Date: ASAP
Specialty: Primary Care / VERY light occ health
Patient Volume: patients/day
EMR: Epic
Role Highlights:
- Provide primary and acute care for employees and their dependents. sees ages 2+.
- Patient centered medical health - allocate 30 minutes for each appointment and 45 minutes for each physical appt.
- Provide preventative physicals, chronic disease management, acute condition management.
Requirements:
- Active CT
license, BC, BLS, and DEA
- Minimum 3 year of experience in Primary Care and/or Occupational Health
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate discussed by Phone
- Paid Weekly
- 100% Malpractice Paid
