Primary Care Physician - Internal Medicine or Family Medicine opportunity in Anderson, SC.
Excellent opportunity for a SC licensed, BC/BE Primary Care Physician (IM or FM) for this growing value-based medicine practice.
This fast-growing, senior focused, team approach to primary care provides a positive and well-balanced environment. This model is positioned to provide better outcomes for senior patients as we provide multi-disciplinary services and coordinated care supported by analytics and community relationships.

- Mon - Friday schedule
- Average 12-15 patients per day

Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrician
- Active and unrestricted DEA
