About the Position:
A thriving private dental practice in the Midlothian, VA area is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join their team. This role is best suited for a motivated, enthusiastic clinician who is committed to providing high-quality care and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be available to work on Fridays and have prior experience in private practice. New graduates, including those who have completed a residency, will not be considered.
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Support Staff: 1 hygienist (averaging 15 patients per day) and 3 dental assistants, with flexibility to add an additional assistant as needed.
Scope: Full-scope general dentistry with an established and loyal patient base.
The practice is part of a well-respected, multi-location dental group in Virginia known for its strong reputation in patient care and team culture.

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation: 32% of collections
Lab Fees: Covered by the practice
Production Expectations: Once monthly collections reach $60K $70K, further compensation details and potential incentives will be explained directly by leadership.
