Description: Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions in an urgent, outpatient setting.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
Analyze diagnostic and examination results to determine differential diagnosis.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the diagnosis, patient needs, preferences, and medical history.
Collaborate closely with healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
Document patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations accurately and timely in the electronic health record system.
