Description: Adelphi is seeking dedicated and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide on-site nursing care at a residential behavioral health facility in Howard County, Texas. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a structured behavioral health setting.

- Graduate of an accredited LVN/LPN program
- Active, unrestricted LVN or LPN license in the State of Texas
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred
- Experience in behavioral health or long-term care preferred
- Must comply with agency & facility requirements, including drug screening & FBI fingerprint background check
- Must comply with agency and facility immunization requirements
- Must complete all required facility and agency training requirements Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with facility protocols.
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and patient medication education.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities.
- Perform computer data entry and other clinical tasks as required. (full training will be provided).
- Comply with SOPs and all applicable regulatory standards (CMS, Joint Commission, agency, and facility policies).
- Collaborate effectively with RNs, nurse managers, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership.
