Requirements:
- Active LPN license
- Graduate of accredited practical nursing program
- BLS required
- Previous outpatient or weight management experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic setting
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing support in outpatient weight management clinic
- Obtain vitals, weights, and health histories
- Administer medications and injections as ordered
- Assist with exams and minor procedures
- Educate patients on diet, lifestyle, and treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and report changes
- Document care accurately in the EMR
- Maintain clinic flow and exam room readiness
