Description: An outpatient clinic near San Jose is looking for a Family Medicine physician to give coverage 3-5 days a week. The hours are 10am to 7pm. The initial assignment is 3 to 6 months. Average daily census is 18, and will see all ages. The provider will work both in the clinic and in the mobile clinic. Credentialing time frame is 30 days or less.
