Cardiothoracic Surgeon Opportunity Central Florida
Were actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiothoracic or Cardiovascular Surgeon to join a high-performing, collaborative surgical team at a respected community-based hospital in Central Florida. This is a full-time, employed position offering excellent support, competitive compensation, and a quality-of-life-oriented schedule in a growing, vibrant region.
Position Overview
Setting: Non-academic, community hospital environment
Schedule: Full-time with shared call and robust APP support
Clinic Duties: 1 day per week for post-op and new patient visits
Inpatient Support: Provided by experienced APPs, critical care, and anesthesia teams
Facilities: 351-bed hospital with 3 dedicated CVORs
Call: Shared call model; 30-minute response required

- 2 Cardiovascular Surgeons
- 4 Advanced Practice Providers
- Support from ICU, anesthesia, and hospitalist colleagues
What Were Looking For
- MD or DO, Board-Certified/Eligible in Cardiothoracic or Cardiovascular Surgery
- Open to new graduates
- Must meet hospital call response requirements
- No leadership or teaching duties required
