The Opportunity:

A progressive, mission-driven community hospital in Upstate New Yorks scenic Hudson Valley is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Endocrinologist to join its outpatient specialty clinic. This is a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive endocrine care to a diverse and medically underserved population in a region known for its vibrant culture, natural beauty, and exceptional quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal and pituitary conditions, and osteoporosis


• Perform comprehensive consultations and follow-ups in a 100% outpatient setting


• Manage insulin pumps, CGMs, and other endocrine-related technologies


• Collaborate with PCPs and specialists to coordinate care


• Order, interpret, and follow up on labs and imaging


• Educate patients and families on disease management and lifestyle changes


• Participate in quality initiatives and community outreach programs


• Minimal (if any) call primarily outpatient-focused


• Utilize EPIC EMR for all documentation and care coordination

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school


• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology fellowship


• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism


• Eligible for NY medical license and hospital credentialing


• Passion for working in rural or underserved communities


• Interest in telehealth a plus
