Description: Lead Psychiatrist - locum to Permanent Position in Atlanta, GA Palm Health Resources, a premier healthcare staffing firm, is currently seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist for a locum to permanent position 30 minutes outside of Atlanta, GA. This opportunity involves treating patients across the lifespan, from pediatric to geriatric, in a Behavioral health treatment center setting. - Position type is Temp to Permanent full time position with no weekends
- Patient population adolescents to geriatrics
- Duties: m©dication management, patient ©ducation, perform detoxification protocols and Medical assisted therapy
- Active Georgia License preferred but not mandatory
- Experience is preferred with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Supervisory position
- Group prefers a candidate with prior addiction medicine experience
- Shifts are Monday through Friday 8 -5 with minimal call
- 50 plus bed facility
