The facility requires board-certified hematology/oncology coverage following the resignation of a full-time physician. This inpatient setting provides comprehensive oncology services with established protocols for patient care management.
Florida offers regional attractions and year-round outdoor recreation activities. The state provides access to natural areas and wildlife viewing opportunities, along with water-based recreational activities and cultural attractions including museums and festivals.
The clinician will provide comprehensive inpatient hematology and oncology care including daily rounds on assigned patients. Responsibilities include managing 2-3 new consults and maintaining a patient load of 12-15 cases per day using EPIC EMR system. The position requires 24-hour call coverage and board certification, with shifts structured as 7 consecutive days per month.
