A geriatric long term care hospital is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in North Carolina.

This role is a Monday-Friday, 40-hour position managing primary care services for a geriatric patient population, averaging 10-15 patients per day. Its a hospital-based setting with behavioral health, therapy, and rehab services onsite, and the average patient stay is about 14 days. Call is optional depending on experience.
