Description: The Opportunity: General Surgeon needed to step into a high-visibility solo role within a busy multi-specialty clinic directly adjacent to the hospital. Bread & Butter Focus: Perfect for the surgeon who enjoys a broad range of general surgery cases in a community-focused setting. Exceptional Call Schedule: Only 10 days of call per month - including just one weekend per month. Paid Extra! Immediate Referral Engine: Benefit from a robust, established Primary Care base in Mexia and surrounding towns ensuring a full schedule from Day 1. Advanced Surgical Environment: Collaborate with other specialists on-site, including Spine, ENT, and Orthopedics. Aggressive Comp Package: Base salary at MGMA Median or better (based on experience) with lucrative quarterly bonus potential.
