Facility Type: Critical Access, Adult Level IV Trauma
Patient Population: Mixed, including healthy pediatrics and adults
Cases & Responsibilities:
- Main procedures: Ortho, general surgery, podiatry, ENT, Urology, OB/GYN, occasional endoscopy, cataracts
- Skills required: Spinals, OB, epidurals, endoscopy, peripheral nerve blocks, ultrasound-guided procedures (PICC lines preferred, not required)
- No heads, hearts, or spine procedures
- Average 5 20 cases/day, anesthesia runs 2 4 rooms/day
Practice Model & Support:
- 1 MD, 4 CRNAs (autonomous practice)
- 3 ORs + Cysto + Endoscopy Suite
- EMR: EPIC
