Location: San Diego, CA
Salary Range: $245,000 - $290,000 (depending on experience)
A San Diego-based litigation team is seeking a driven associate to join its practice handling high-stakes business disputes and complex commercial litigation. This role offers exposure to challenging matters across financial services, intellectual property, real estate, construction, entertainment, and employment litigation.
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with senior attorneys on all phases of litigation
- Handle complex discovery, legal research, and motion practice
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and negotiations
- Contribute to trial preparation and strategy on high-profile matters
What We're Looking For:
- 3-6 years of complex commercial litigation experience
- Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
- California Bar admission required
- Demonstrated initiative and team-oriented mindset
