Description: Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and fully qualified Electrician to join our well-established team, delivering a wide range of electrical services across domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors. This varied role will involve installation, maintenance, inspection, and testing, with opportunities to work on specialist projects including EV charger and battery storage installations. The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, and committed to high standards of workmanship, while also being confident in dealing with customers on-site. We work in Cambridge and surrounding areas within a 35-mile radius. Key Responsibilities: Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair in domestic, commercial, and industrial environments Inspection, testing, and certification of electrical systems (C&G 2391 qualification desirable) Fault-finding and diagnosis in a variety of systems Installation of EV chargers and battery storage systems Working in compliance with current Wiring Regulations (BS7671) and health & safety legislation Completing documentation accurately and on time Essential Requirements: City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification Minimum 4 years experience across domestic, commercial, and industrial projects Strong knowledge of inspection and testing procedures Full UK driving licence Desirable: Experience with EV charger and battery storage installation Qualifications for EV and Battery storage installations Experience with Solar installations What We Offer: Competitive salary (based on experience and qualifications) Company van, fuel card, workwear, and some tools provided Company pension scheme Private Medical Insurance Statutory UK holiday entitlement, including bank holidays.
