Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Join a dedicated, patient-focused team as a Full-Time Family or Internal Medicine Physician in Brattleboro, Vermont, starting Fall 2025. Your Role Includes:

  Delivering outpatient care to pediatric and adult patients

  Completing charting, care coordination, and participating in quality initiatives

  Joining a 1:11 phone call-only rotation (no in-person call!)

  Being part of succession planning for long-term clinic success

  Ensuring all required licensure and certifications are maintained

  
  

Requirements:

️ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

️ DEA & BLS certified
️ Clean malpractice history

️ Active (or in-progress) Vermont license required before start
️ Must start by Fall 2025 and reside within one hour of Brattleboro
️ This is a sole, full-time role no job-sharing or dual positions allowed
