Acute Care Surgery opening in Corvallis, OR 0.8 FTE, permanent position Hospital-employed Joining an established Trauma and Acute Care Surgery team - a collaborative group of 4 experienced Surgeons Ideal candidates will have a passion for trauma care, an interest in teaching residents, and a commitment to innovation in surgical technology 70, 24-hour trauma shifts/year plus 50 weekday 10-hour rounding shifts No elective cases; dedicated trauma/acute care surgery focus 20-bed ICU; Level II Trauma Center Opportunities to teach surgical residents and medical students EPIC EMR, strong support team, and hospital-based resourcesQualifications: Board Certified/Eligible in General Surgery Surgical Critical Care fellowship required 3 - 5 years of trauma/acute care experience preferred ATLS/BCLS certified Must be eligible to work in the U.S.Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary plus incentives Relocation assistance, possible loan repayment Paid malpractice, CME allowance Full benefits package
