Opportunity Highlights

• Full?time, Monday Friday, 40?hour workweek
• Primarily inpatient palliative care consult service: some clinic patient follow?up
• Interdisciplinary team including physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, chaplaincy, and case management

• Light call, shared rotation, typically phone?based
• Highly desirable community 45 minutes from New Orleans, known for excellent schools, safety, outdoor recreation, and strong quality of life

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related specialty

• Fellowship training in Hospice & Palliative Medicine, preferred
• BLS and ACLS required
• Active Louisiana medical license (by start date)
