Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Analyste Qualit� pour rejoindre notre �quipe Qualit� bas�e � Mirabel (Qu�bec, Canada), o� vous travaillerez �troitement avec les �quipes d'Am�lioration en Qualit�.

L'organisation de l'�quipe est �tablie de mani�re � promouvoir la collaboration transversale de mani�re autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre r�le en tant qu Analyste Qualit� Op�rations sera d analyser les non conformit�s trouv�es sur la ligne de production afin de les r�duire.

Votre profil:

Vous avez un baccalaur�at en ing�nierie , gestion de projet ou autre domaine connexe ;

Vous avez un minimum de cinq (5) ans d'exp�rience dans l'industrie manufacturi�re, en a�ronautique, en gestion de projet ou autre exp�rience connexe ;

Vous �tes cr�atif et avez la capacit� � penser de mani�re originale ;

Vous avez un haut niveau d'autonomie et de motivation (vous serez toutefois soutenu par un tuteur du d�partement) ;

Vous avez de bonnes comp�tences en communication avec une attitude ouverte et proactive ;

Vous avez la capacit� de vous organiser de mani�re autonome.

The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Quality Operations Analyst to join our Quality team based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada, where you will work closely with the Quality Improvement team.

The team's organization is established to promote cross-functional collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and collectively learning.

Your role as a Quality Operation Analyst will be to analyze non-conformities found on the production line in order to reduce them.

You have a bachelor degree in engineering, project management or other related field;

You have good communication skills with an open and proactive attitude;

You are able to organize yourself autonomously.
