Locum Interventional Cardiologist
Seeking a Board-Certified Interventional Cardiologist to provide locum coverage across inpatient, clinic, and call settings. Coverage dates are to be determined, with support from other interventional cardiologists on site.
Practice Setting & Schedule
Inpatient, outpatient clinic, and call coverage
Clinic hours: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 4:30 PM
Call: Weekday days and nights, plus weekend call, shared in rotation
Other interventional cardiologists present during coverage
Patient & Clinical Volume
Clinic volume: Approximately patients per day
Patient population: Adult
Broad interventional cardiology scope within a hospital-based practice

Credentialing & Licensing
Provider Requirements
Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
NPDB self-query required at time of presentation
Travel & Logistics
Travel reimbursement includes flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage per IRS standard rate
Preferred lodging includes Fairfield Inn and Hampton Inn in West Burlington, with health system affiliated rates available
