Responsibilities: What Will I Do?
- Diagnose, repair & maintain HVAC systems with precision and care.
- Communicate clearly with clients-educating, not overselling.
- Prioritize safety, quality, and code compliance at all times.
- Collaborate daily with dispatch, teammates, and leadership.
Qualifications:
Do I Have What It Takes?
• Experience: 3-5+ years in residential HVAC (not commercial) .
• Certifications: Universal EPA 608 required; NATE Certified is a big plus .
• Character: Dependable, humble, solution-focused-someone who gets that the job is about people.
• Growth Mindset: Willing to work your way up, open to learning every day,
thrives on being part of a mission.
