Coverage Dates Needed:
September 5 18 (ideally full coverage; minimum of 7 consecutive days)
October 6 17 (ideally full coverage; minimum of 7 consecutive days)
November 30 December 11
December (coverage required for Anderson hospital only)
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Reason for Coverage: abrupt, unexpected, departure of a provider
- 100% Adult
- 100% Inpatient
- Average Number of Hospital-Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: 10-20+
- Other Neurologists will be Present During Locum's Assignment
- 2 Physicians in Group
- 3 Advanced Practice Providers in Your Group
- Lab & X-Ray Onsite
- Documentation System/EMR: Epic
- Weekend Requirements: rotating weekday and weekend call
- On Call Requirements: rotating weekday and weekend call
REQUIRED DUTIES/PROCEDURES
- Radiologic Exam Interpretation (Unofficial)
- Thrombolytic Therapy
- EEG (Electroencephalogram
- EMG (Electromyogram)
- Brain Death Exam

Board Certified -
REQUIRED
- Active OH license - REQUIRED; willing to accept IMLC
MUST NOTATE AVAILABILITY - REQUIRED
