Description: Work Dates Needed : Ongoing and provider will be cross credentialed at all 3 sites in Glenmary and Blankenbaker all within 30 mins from each other. Preferred Schedule : 1 Day (7:30a-3:30P), 1 Mid (3:30p-11:30p), 1 Night (11:30p-7:30a) or could be 12hr shifts waiting to hear back from client, Worksite Setting : Inpatient (hospital), Annual Patient Volume: 15,330, ED Bed Count:14, Trauma Level: TBD Scope of Work : Emergency medicine, Patients per Hour: 1.75 Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : BC/BE, ABEM BC, ATLS, ACLS, PALS, BLS, active KY license, and COVID vaccine or exemption is required. EMR : EPIC, no Scribe coverage Additional Details an Emergency Medicine Physician will want to know about a position: Temp/Emergency Privileges granted? Yes, for providers with a clean file and active license APC Hours of Coverage: 8 hours daily M-F, 12p-8p
