Description: Work Dates Needed: Apr- Ongoing Preferred Schedule: Clinic w call Mon-Fri 8a-4p 24hr pager call 7a-7a (30min response required) Avg 5 days/one week per month w overnight call and minimal patients scheduled during the day Worksite Setting: Inpatient / outpatient Scope of Work: Avg 20-25 patients per day in Clinic APP Mid-level coverage available 8a-4p; APPs will handle all daytime consults, rounding, etc. A handful of patients are scheduled during clinic hours. Locum would only work at one location a day. Call is for both Jameson & Horizon. Call Volume per night: 0-4 Cross credential at three worksites: outpatient Nesbitt Clinic, inpatient Jameson and Horizon Shenango Valley Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active PA license, active DEA, BC, min 3 years of experience, ACLS, BLS EMR: Epic
