Description: Optometrist Locum - Montana Work Dates Needed: Starting in Feb (or as soon as possible/credentialed) thru one year, with 4 additional possible option years Preferred Schedule: M-F 8a-5p, no weekends, no holidays Worksite Setting: Rural Health facility in MT Scope of Work: Perform comprehensive eye exams; diagnose and manage ocular disease; prescribe corrective lenses and medications; Provide emergency care when needed; minor procedures; document in EHR; coordinate with medical staff Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Doctor of Optometry; Active unrestricted license any state; BC or BE; BLS; ability to pass federal background check EMR: EHR/RPMS
