Description: Work Dates Needed: March 2 (ASAP with 4 weeks of credentials) - ongoing must be 6 months minimum Preferred Schedule: 40 hours - We are looking for shifts Monday-Friday. Hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm - wants FTE hours. might consider 4-10's Worksite Setting: All work takes place within the jail inmate housing units and clinic (outpatient). Scope of Work: 100% adults, 12-15 patients per day. Combination of initial visits for assessment and ongoing renewals. NO TELE MEDICINE. County will not allow. provider must have Correctional experience. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CA license, must be computer literate, correctional or/and county jail experience, Board certified, DEA, & BLS.
