Description: Work Dates Needed: Feb 16th - few months until they find coverage Preferred Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm Worksite Setting: 100% outpatient. Alternative Care Setting for 55+ years of age Scope of Work: NP works with 1 PACE experienced MD. Average of 3 to 4 patients / daily Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certified, CA license, DEA, BLS, Must have Geriatric / prefer a PACE program / or Team based practice experience. Must have two recent references from docs. EMR: E-clinical Works
