• Scope of Practice: Fillings, crowns, bridges, full and partial dentures, root canals, simple and surgical extractions, Invisalign, hygiene checks, implant placement, and implant restoration.


• Wave One rotary system and Invisalign experience preferred but not required. Providers may refer out complex cases. Strong patient education and bedside manner are essential.


• Insurance mix: 47% Delta Dental / 53% Fee-for-Service (in-network with Delta Dental Premier only)

• Active New York dental license


• BLS certification


• DEA preferred, not required


• Invisalign and Nitrous Oxide certifications preferred (if applicable)
