Travel:(candidates with a permanent address of more than 50 miles from the facility) Weekly Gross of $ 2,995.08 Hourly pay of $68.07

Local(candidates with a permanent address of less than 50 miles from the facility): Weekly Gross of $ 2,640 Hourly pay of $60
