Description: Large Family Practice group is growing throughout Florida and the Jacksonville area and is looking to hire a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician for one of their clinics.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician
- Must be able to start ASAP - 45 days to credential
- Mon-Fri - 8a-5p - no weekends or call ever
- FL licensed and DEA required
- Value based care model - self pay and Florida Blue patients
- Diverse population
- 16-21 patients per day
- Full support staff on site
- EMR is eClinicalWorks (ECW)
