Class A CDL Driver Home Weekly

We are now hiring CDL-A Drivers for a high-paying, home-weekly dedicated Dollar Tree account based in Ridgefield, WA . This opportunity offers consistent routes, steady freight, and reliable weekly home time, making it ideal for drivers who enjoy a mix of driving and physical, hands-on work.

Position Highlights:

• Dedicated Dollar Tree account



• Dry freight



• Drivers unload trailers using rollers



• Average 2 4 loads per week



• 3 4 stops per load



• Consistent regional routes

Home Time :

• Home weekly with a 34-hour reset



• Days off vary based on freight demand



• Day and night driving available



• During peak holiday season, home time may be reduced



• Additional time off may be available during slower freight periods



• 50 miles from Seattle, 75 miles from Portland, or 50 miles from Hermiston

Delivery Area:

• Pick up from Kroger Distribution Center Aurora, CO



• Deliveries to King Soopers grocery stores



• Routes primarily cover:






• Colorado



• Southern Wyoming



• Eastern Utah

Compensation:

• Hourly Pay Structure:



• 0 48 months experience: $29.00 $30.50/hour



• months experience: $31.00/hour



• Safe and On-time Bonus

Equipment:

• New 2025 truck models



• Automatic transmissions



• Equipped with auto-chains for mountain driving



• NOTE: Trucks cannot be taken home; drivers will need to park trucks at Kroger

Who Can Apply:

• Drivers must have 3 months of experience, with all months with first seat driving (i.e., driving on their own outside of school and training) with one company.
