A leading academic health system in Georgia is seeking a fellowship-trained Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join a growing program in the state's only dedicated children's hospital. This hybrid role offers a mix of pediatric cardiac anesthesia and general pediatric anesthesia, with strong institutional support and excellent compensation.
Position Highlights
- Academic faculty role with teaching and mentoring
- Balanced case mix: congenital heart surgeries + general pediatric cases
- Collaborative team of anesthesiologists, surgeons, CRNAs, and fellows
- Structured call schedule with home pager coverage and rare overnight call-ins
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $500,000-$540,000 + $20,000 fellowship differential
- $40,000 sign-on bonus + $10,000 relocation allowance
- 56 paid days off annually CME $5,000 + 10 days
