Otolaryngologist
for a solo hospital-employed practice in a growing community with a strong referral base. 10 days' call per month with only one weekend required monthly. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a solo setting. Total comp in the MGMA-median range+ with opportunity to bonus quarterly. Andalusia Health is an 88-bed facility offering a wide range of diagnostic, therapeutic, emergency, and surgical services to a thriving service area of 70,000 plus. J1 assistance is available.
