Description: BAKERY PRODUCTION STAFF - WALKER, MN High-Volume Baking Location: Walker, MN Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Pay: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring Bakery Production Staff to support high-volume baking and production at our Walker facility. This role is perfect for someone who likes working with their hands, moving with purpose, and being part of a team that produces a LOT of baked goods-efficiently and consistently. This is real production baking - not slow, one-off decorating. WHAT YOU'LL DO Assist with high-volume baking and production Mix, scale, pan, bake, cool, and prep bakery items Work with commercial mixers, ovens, and production equipment Follow daily production schedules and recipes Package and label finished products Keep workstations clean, organized, and food-safe Support decorators, bakers, and leadership as needed Some days are fast and physical - the time flies. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Reliable and punctual Comfortable working on your feet and lifting bakery trays Must be able to lift 60 pound minimum Able to follow recipes and production systems Works well on a team and stays positive during busy shifts Bakery, kitchen, or production experience is required WHY WORK WITH US?
