Description: Job Location: Grundy, Virginia ️ Assignment Details:
Schedule: 7 on / 7 off
Hours: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM on-site + pager call overnight (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Night Call Volume: 1 admission/night; rare return to hospital
Daily Census: 9 10 patients
ICU Census: Typically 1 2 patients
Procedures: Not required
Preferred Skills: Intubations and central lines (a plus, not required)
EMR: MediTech
APP Support: None
Compensation & Perks:
Hourly Rate: $210/hr (includes malpractice)
Night Call: Pager only (light volume)
Travel & Lodging: Covered
Malpractice Insurance: Fully covered
Position Requirements:
Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Required
Active Virginia Medical License Required
BLS & ACLS (AHA Certified) Required
Fully COVID-19 Vaccinated Required
Available for 7 on / 7 off blocks Required
Clean Background & Malpractice History Required
