  Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 hour shift - 15 hour call shift overnight; Weekend call 24 hours.

  Job Setting: Hospital with Endo Unit


• 
  Credentialing: Estimated 60 days.

• 
  Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required


• 
  Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS required


• 
  Licensure: Michigan state license, 2 years post-fellowship
