Location: Hybrid (3 days in the office, remainder telecommuting) Salary Range: $23-$27/hour

What You'll Do Review, evaluate, and process workers' compensation claims with accuracy and attention to detail Gather, compare, and verify information from employers, third-party administrators, medical providers, and internal teams for accuracy and to identify discrepancies Electronically document claim activity and maintain organized, thorough, and compliant records Manage assigned workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Contribute to a positive customer and coworker experience by providing clear, concise, timely, and accurate communication (written and verbal) Learn state benefits, established guidelines, and company policies related to workers' compensation claims
What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in any field; coursework involving analysis, insurance, business, or problem-solving is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to self-check work for accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate, compare, and interpret information Self-awareness to understand your strengths and weaknesses when working independently to know when to ask for assistance Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and understand new concepts, processes, and systems Integrity, professionalism, and a positive customer approach
