Operator fuel supply

As an operator vapro B, you will contribute to the safe and efficient handling of fuels and by-products at a modern energy and production facility on the Maasvlakte. You will work in a structured 2-shift system, ensuring that loading, unloading, storage, and transportation processes run smoothly. Your technical insight and ability to follow procedures will be key in maintaining high safety and operational standards. You'll collaborate closely with a small, dedicated team of operators, where clear communication and teamwork are essential.

What You Will Do:

• Operate: logistical installations for fuels and by-products, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.


• Handle: loading and unloading of materials via trucks and ships according to established procedures.


• Inspect: perform first-line checks, visual inspections, and simple analyses to maintain operational integrity.


• Resolve: identify and address disruptions within your work area to minimize downtime.


• Collaborate: communicate effectively with fellow operators, team leaders, drivers, and ship crews to ensure seamless operations.

• Monthly salary between €3,200 and €4,200 plus 13.6% shift bonus.


• One-year contract with potential for extension or permanent position.


• Full-time role (40 hours per week) in a 2-shift schedule.


• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.


• Work in a stable team of 5 operators per shift.

We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Operator Vapro B with technical insight and a proactive mindset.

• Proficient in Dutch and/or English for safe operations.


• Completed VAPRO B education or currently enrolled in it.


• Possess VCA-VOL certification or willing to obtain it.


• Strong technical understanding of mechanical installations.


• Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule.

You will be working at a large energy and production facility located on the Maasvlakte Rotterdam, where logistics, technology, and safety come together. This industrial site processes and transports significant volumes of fuels and by-products daily, utilizing state-of-the-art installations, trucks, and ships. The team consists of five operators per shift who work closely together to ensure seamless operations.
