  Types of Cases: Radiation Oncology including Intracavitary Brachytherapy, Linear Accelerator External Beam Therapy with Rapid Arc/VMAT and Electrons, Conventional/Conformal Therapy, IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS, Conventional Treatment Planning, Beam Shaping (MLC), 3D CRT, PET CT or MRI Image Fusion, Electronic Portal Imaging, and Clinical Trials
• 
  Credentialing: 20 days

• 
  Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required, Fellowship required
• 
  Certifications: ABLS, BLS
• 
  Licensure: OH
