Description: About the Role



In this role, you will support partners across the Quebec and Eastern Ontario region, building and strengthening multi brand customer relationships at a strategic, corporate level. You will help position TD SYNNEX's full value proposition while collaborating closely with local leadership to shape account strategy, drive execution, and contribute to overall market growth. This is a highly collaborative, customer focused role that requires strong relationship building skills and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable strategies.



What You'll Do



  • Build trusted, proactive relationships with customers, identifying opportunities, uncovering challenges, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

  • Investigate and assess customer concerns to determine root causes and recommend effective solutions.

  • Develop and implement corrective action plans in partnership with internal support teams (e.g., TD SYNNEX Services) to strengthen customer relationships.

  • Lead the strategic direction for assigned customers, ensuring alignment to their business goals.

  • Facilitate cross divisional collaboration to showcase the full value of TD SYNNEX's portfolio and support the customer's broader vision.

  • Travel within the region as required (up to 75%)






What We're Looking For



  • 3-6 + years of experience in sales, account management, or a related customer facing role.

  • Post secondary education required (or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).

  • Bilingual in English and French (Written/Verbal)

  • Deep expertise in assigned product/service lines and strong understanding of how they connect across TD SYNNEX's broader offerings.

  • Experience supporting large and/or complex accounts with evolving needs and multiple stakeholders.

  • Comfortable operating with autonomy and making informed decisions to support customer engagement and growth.

  • Proven ability to build rapport with existing clients and engage new prospects to expand the customer base.

  • Ability to provide meaningful insights and feedback to sales leadership to support continuous improvement.

Ce que vous ferez




• ‰tablir des relations de confiance proactives avec les clients, en identifiant les opportunit©s, en cernant les d©fis et en assurant leur satisfaction globale.
• Enquªter sur les pr©occupations des clients et les ©valuer afin d'en d©terminer les causes fondamentales et de recommander des solutions efficaces.
• ‰laborer et mettre en Å“uvre des plans d'action correctifs en partenariat avec les ©quipes de soutien internes (p. ex., Services TD SYNNEX) afin de renforcer les relations clients.
• Diriger l'orientation strat©gique des clients assign©s en veillant   l'alignement avec leurs objectifs d'affaires.
• Favoriser la collaboration interdivisionnelle afin de mettre en valeur l'ensemble du portefeuille de TD SYNNEX et de soutenir la vision globale du client.
• Effectuer des d©placements dans la r©gion, au besoin (jusqu'  75 %).




Ce que nous recherchons




• 3   6+ ann©es d'exp©rience en vente, gestion de comptes ou dans un r´le similaire ax© sur la relation client.
• ‰tudes postsecondaires requises (ou toute combinaison ©quivalente de formation et d'exp©rience pertinente).
• Bilinguisme anglais-fran§ais (©crit et oral).
• Expertise approfondie dans les gammes de produits/services assign©es et solide compr©hension de leur int©gration dans l'offre ©largie de TD SYNNEX.
• Exp©rience dans le soutien de comptes importants et/ou complexes comportant des besoins ©volutifs et de multiples parties prenantes.
• Aisance   travailler de mani¨re autonome et   prendre des d©cisions ©clair©es pour appuyer l'engagement et la croissance des clients.
• Capacit© d©montr©e   ©tablir un lien de confiance avec les clients actuels et   engager de nouveaux prospects afin d'©largir la base de clients.
• Aptitude   fournir des perspectives pertinentes et de la r©troaction aux ©quipes de direction des ventes afin de soutenir l'am©lioration continue.
