Physician / Pediatrics / California / Locum or Permanent / Pediatrician Job

• Provide full-spectrum pediatric care including preventive visits, chronic disease management, urgent care, and wellness support.

• Work as a core member of a collaborative, multidisciplinary Care Team in a high-quality, patient-centered FQHC environment.

• Serve as a clinical leader and mentor, including optional precepting of Family Medicine residents in a new academic program.

• Participate in telehealth services, contribute to quality improvement efforts, and use clinical admin time to support documentation and care planning.

What We re Looking For:

• Board-certified Family Physician licensed in California, with a strong foundation in pediatric and family medicine.

• Experience in community health, chronic disease, mental health, and care for underserved populations is strongly preferred.

• Commitment to health equity, culturally responsive care, and working within a mission-driven, diverse care setting.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable; ability to work at least one evening per week and occasional Saturdays required.
