License: Active TN license or IMLC (must have active TN before scheduling)
Certifications: BLS and ACLS (required)
DEA: Tennessee DEA required
Experience: 1 3 years minimum
Vaccines: Required per facility policy

Willing to License: Yes (IMLC accepted; scheduling only with active TN license)
