Job Details:
Coverage from Sunday through Saturday, including hospital and clinic call responsibilities.
Supported by three inpatient Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who assist the cardiology provider.
Electronic Health Record (EHR) system: Cerner.
Required Procedures & Skills:
Travel & Expense Guidelines:
Flight, car, fuel, mileage, hotel expenses capped at $150 (including taxes). Rental must be refueled before return.
No lodging booked through 3rd party sites (Expedia, Kayak, etc.).
Tax-exempt; taxes on lodging will not be reimbursed.
Providers in Flint must stay at the designated hospitality house unless prior approval is obtained.
Expenses will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy.
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Submission Requirements:
Board Certified in Cardiology REQUIRED
Active MI license in good standing REQUIRED
Must reside in or near Michigan REQUIRED
Clean background for quick credentialing REQUIRED
Provide availability based on dates listed above REQUIRED
DEA Verbal confirmation required at credentialing REQUIRED
