Description:
We are looking for your help! We at Sygnetics Healthcare, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned firm, are searching for strong Healthcare providers who share our passion to support our nation s veterans.
We have an immediate need for a Primary Care (Internal Medicine or Family Practice) Physician in Benton Harbor, MI to provide outpatient medical services for our veteran population. This role offers a flexible assignment with an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while experiencing Western Michigan s rich natural landscapes and family-friendly attractions.
Must have completed a residency in Internal Medicine or Family Practice and be Board Certified or Eligible.
Credentialling and onboarding takes 4-6 weeks
Responsibilities:
- Evaluation of new and returning outpatients
- Responsible for prescribing medications as needed
- Order labs, imaging and other pertinent tests
- Initial screening of patients to determine eligibility
- Responsible for coordination, evaluation, treatment, and overall medical management for eligible Veterans evaluated and treated within the clinic
Hours & Schedule:
- Business Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (excluding federal holidays).
Items Required for Submission:
- Current CV without any gaps over 30 days since completion of medical school- written explanations are accepted
- One active, unrestricted State License in any state
- Current DEA
- BLS- American Heart Association (AHA) required
- 3 Current References
