Description: Motor Mechanic / Diagnostic Technician OTE ss35,000 - ss45,000 Bluauto Premium Cars is an established Independent car dealership based in Uckfield and we are now looking for an experienced Motor Mechanic with a good level of diagnostic experience to join our established friendly team and to assist us with our current natural growth ambitions. The Role You will be required to undertake maintenance, service and repairs on vehicles of all types. You will be able to test, diagnose faults and repair vehicles to a high standard and be confident in your own knowledge levels. Above all you must be customer focused in everything that you do. A bonus scheme is in operation, rewarding achievement of monthly targets, together with a company pension scheme. We also operate a 5-day working week Monday to Friday and a finishing time of 5pm. Key Minimum Job Requirements Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent). Experience in the diagnosis of motor vehicles for a minimum of 1 year. Organised and methodical approach to problem solving. A caring attention to detail Good time management skills and fitness levels. You will hold a good skill level across many brands, including a keen eye for diagnostic issues and problem solving using the latest 'Autologic' diagnostic equipment.
