This opportunity is for a locum to perm position starting in March 2026, with an average patient load of 30 daily, utilizing the EPIC documentation system.

Job Responsibilities:

Participate on a Tumor Board
Manage Bone Marrow Transplants
Order Tests and Images
Administer and prescribe chemotherapy
Management of VAD/CV Catheters and perform Bone Marrow Biopsies

Qualifications:

Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology
Active Indiana State License
BLS Certification
Self-Query NPDB
$25k Conversion Fee

License and Certification Requirements:

Board Certified (AMBS/AOA)
Active Indiana State License
BLS Certification
